My husband and I hired Sterling Home Services, LLC to perform an inspection at a home we were looking to purchase. The experience was nothing but positive, professional, and reasonable in cost.
First, the appointment was scheduled at a time convenient to us. The owner, Ron Hanson, looked over the entire property from top to bottom, inside and out. He checked in places that most people would more than likely overlook such as under the drop ceiling in the basement. Within 48 hours we received a PDF file thoroughly listing all findings at the site, including suggestions and tips for home maintenance. We were able to use the report to negotiate additional repairs and a reduction in price of the home.
